Vampire Wars Combat Heat Map PDF Print E-mail

I wanted to be able to easy spot my next victim in Vampire Wars, so I created this handy sorting and colorizing script.

To Install:

  1. Use the Firefox web browser
  2. Install Greasemonkey
  3. Click: Install Vampire Wars Combat Heat Map

The first time you use this script (and every 10 days thereafter) you'll be asked: "What is Your Clan Size?". Simply enter your clan size (a number between 1 and 501). If you don't know, go to Your Clan page and look for the number in parenthesis next to "My Clan". You can reset Your Clan Size at any time by clicking the "Your Clan Size: NN" link in the User column on the Combat (Fight) page.

You'll also be asked "Remove Fresh Meat Too?" click OK to hide Fresh Meat users or Cancel to keep them in the list (there's no harm in showing or removing them... I remove them).

I think it will become fairly obvious what the colors mean, but here's the secret decoder ring to help get you started. Also, be sure to have a peak at the screen capture below:

Screen CaptureSkill Ranking - Progressive from Bright Red to Black relative to other players listed
Bright Red: The highest Skill Ranking Player listed
Black: The lowest Skill Ranking Player listed
Clan Size - Progressive from Bright Green and Bright Blue to Black relative to Your Clan Size and sorted from large to small.
Bright Green: Slightly smaller than Your Clan Size
Dark Green: Much Smaller than Your Clan Size
Bright Blue: Slightly larger than Your Clan Size
Dark Blue: Much larger than Your Clan Size
Black: Extremely larger (more than double) or smaller than Your Clan Size
Action (Attack) - Combination of Skill Ranking and Clan Size colorization
Bright Yellow-Green: High Skill Ranking and slightly smaller than Your Clan Size (AKA: The PERFECT target!)
Bright Purple: High Skill Ranking and slightly larger than Your Clan Size (possibly good target, be careful!)
Dark Yellow-Green: Medium Skill Ranking and smaller than Your Clan Size (likely a safe target)
Dark Purple: Medium Skill Ranking and larger than Your Clan Size (attack at your own risk!)
Bright Red: High Skill Ranking and much larger than Your Clan Size (probably best to avoid)
Dark Green: Low Skill Ranking and much smaller than Your Clan Size (don't be a bully! You'll likely lose skill points for attacking them, and why be like that anyway?)

Of course the colors will fluctuate, merge and otherwise deviate from the description above and it creates an angry fruit salad on the combat page... Just think of it as ambrosia!
