I created this script to make playing Mafia Wars a bit easier on laptops. I got tired of scrolling for every button, especially because the AJAX that Mafia Wars uses seems to cause my scroll wheel to not work properly, so I moved the game play area up on top of the Zynga advertisement. It cuts off a little of the Mafia Wars logo to squeeze just a bit more into the playable area onscreen.

You need Greasemonkey installed to use it.

If you want to see/click the Support and ToS links, disable the script in Greasemonkey or temporarily disable Greasemonkey and reload.
